Giovannina Jennifer Bellino has often been called a modern day Renaissance woman. Her talents range from the traditional skills of vegetable gardening, cooking and homemaking to the arts of dance, interior design and creative writing.
“Goddess Gourmet”, Gio's catering business was started 20 years ago while managing and cooking for Teacher's Luncheons in the Port Washington, NY school district, and for events at her local church and community. Her cooking style exemplifies the finest International cuisine with a "home style" flair and an innovative edge. Gio’s “Goddess Mother” persona is fused with her Italian roots and Rock & Roll spirit.
As a result of her entrepreneurial spirit, Gio has launched the product, FLAVOR BOMBS, which is available in stores. She was a contestant on the Food Network show “Chopped” and has appeared on various regional television shows. Her newly released cookbook, “Cooking With Flavor Bombs” is published by Quarto Publishing Group, USA.
